Where do you source your inventory?
We have contracts with major retailers, and wholesalers.
I changed my mind; how do I cancel my order?
If you have purchased an item that you no longer wish to buy (buyer's remorse), we do allow members to cancel their purchase(s) by paying a restocking fee for each item they want canceled (unless stated otherwise in listing comments). This fee is 20%, minimum of $50 of the sale price of the item(s), plus taxes.
I am unable to pick up my order in 7 days, what happens?
If you have purchased an item that you are not able to pick-up within 7 days, upon arrival at our store you will be charged an additional $25 per week storage fees to a maximum of 4 weeks at which time your order will be canceled and our restocking fees will apply.

Are your products new or used?
Both!
Our products can be either new or used. Each item listing will have a condition posted above the price.
Do you offer shipping?
We are happy to accommodate shipping requests for smaller items at an additional cost to cover this fee. Please reach out for a quote, prior to making your purchase.
