Refund policy
New 2 You Liquation is a liquidator of overstock, undelivered, and returned goods at discounted prices, and we thank you for your business.
Purchased items have a 7-day warranty which covers functionality issues only. Customers are asked to send in pictures of the issue to help expedite the return process. These pictures can be sent to new2youliquidation@gmail.com within the 7-day warranty period. Please budget time for testing when returning items requiring non-functionality validation. You may also be required to leave the item for testing (if required to validate the issue).
Purchased items have a Point of Pickup warranty which covers:
- Misrepresentation (eg. used item represented as new)
- Physical Damage (eg. cracked/broken)
- Item is incomplete (eg. missing the assembly hardware)
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Fit (eg. shirt is too small)
- Breakage after use (eg. sitting on a chair and it breaks)
- Evidence of product tampering (eg. broken security seals)
- Preference
- Any other reason
If an order is retrieved from our premises by a third-party transportation company, customers waive their right to return items due to cosmetic/physical damage once the items leave our building.
Our facility is equipped for you to examine your items effectively. Upon the goods leaving our inspection area, purchases become FINAL SALE NO RETURNS with the 7-day functionality warranty (if applicable). Please note, self initiated remedies (e.g., bringing the item to a repair company) without prior consent voids our warranty.
New 2 You Liquidation is not an authorized reseller of goods, as a result, manufacturer's warranties do not apply to the goods that we sell (unless stated otherwise).
There are no exceptions to our policies.
If you have purchased an item that you no longer wish to buy (buyer's remorse), we do allow members to cancel their purchase(s) by paying a restocking fee for each item they want canceled (unless stated otherwise in listing comments). This fee is 20%, minimum of $50 of the sale price of the item(s), plus taxes.
New 2 You Liquidation offers a 7-day functionality warranty and point of purchase warranty for misrepresentation/damage/completeness on items that are NOT being sold "AS IS". "AS IS" items are sold without warranty. The item's description is nothing more than a general opinion of the item and is not intended as an official appraisal of value or functionality based totally on the visual appearance of the item.
If you have purchased an item that you are not able to pick up within 7 days, upon arrival at our store you will be charged an additional $25 per week storage fees to a maximum of 4 weeks at which time your order will be canceled and our restocking fees will apply.
